Turbine Flowmeter: A Precision Instrument for Accurate Fluid Measurement

As fluid gracefully traverses the meter shell, the impeller's intricately angled blades engage with the flow. This interaction generates a rotational torque, overcoming friction and fluid resistance to achieve a stable rotational speed. This speed, proportional to flow velocity, is enabled by the blade's magnetic conductivity within the signal detector's magnetic field. The rotating blade disrupts the magnetic field line, inducing an electrical pulse signal in the coil. This signal, amplified and shaped, forms a continuous rectangular pulse wave, transmitted to a display instrument, showcasing instantaneous flow or total fluid volume. Across a specific flow range, the pulse frequency correlates directly with the fluid's instantaneous flow through the meter.
